According to the provider, data is hosted at OVHcloud in Paris, with an exclusively European supply chain. AWS, Google Cloud and Azure are not used. Each customer gets per-tenant isolation, and the Business plan allows encryption with customer-held keys. The provider states openly which certifications are still in preparation, rather than claiming them in advance.

Email.eu provides a migration engine that can bring over existing emails, calendars and files. All plans include a data processing agreement (DPA).
