This website is hosted and delivered via Bunny.net, a service of BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia. BunnyWay is a European company based in the EU. Bunny.net operates a worldwide CDN network; requests from Europe are processed via EU nodes.

The instance is self-hosted on a server within the European Union. No data is shared with third parties. Only aggregated, non-personal metrics are recorded (e.g. pages visited, country of origin, device type). Individual user tracking does not take place.

Via the "Suggest a product" form, users can nominate a European product for inclusion in the database. The following information is collected:

- Category
These fields do not require any mandatory personal data. The submitted data is sent to
api.only-eu.eu and processed on servers located in Germany (EU).
No external services are involved; no data is passed on to third parties.
The legal basis for processing these base fields is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in developing the service).
Optional contact details
In addition, you may voluntarily provide contact details so we can get back to you about your suggestion. These fields are clearly marked as optional:
- Email address
- Information whether you are a developer or operator of the suggested product
The sole purpose of processing these contact details is to reach out to you regarding the suggested product (follow-up questions, coordination on inclusion, clarification of open points).
The legal basis for processing the optional contact details is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is given via a separate checkbox in the form and is only required if contact details are actually provided.
Contact details are stored until the product suggestion has been processed, and for no longer than 12 months from the date of submission. After that, the contact details are deleted.
Data is not passed on to third parties. Processing takes place exclusively on servers located in Germany (EU).
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. An informal message by email to hello@only-eu.eu is sufficient. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the relevant contact details are deleted.
7. Contact via Email
If you contact us by email, the data you provide (email address, message content) will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data will not be passed on to third parties.
