Account and tracking data are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main, and encrypted nightly backups at Amazon Web Services in the eu-central-1 region in Frankfurt. According to the response headers, the website and login sit behind Cloudflare, a US provider not named in the privacy policy. The core function, however, is not limited to Europe: prompts necessarily go to the AI services being queried, namely OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity. The pricing page also lists DataForSEO and OpenRouter (for analyses) as API providers that can be configured. The privacy policy does not name these AI providers. Payments run through Stripe, and the optional Google sign-in and Google Analytics 4 through Google Ireland, with the provider not ruling out transfers to the USA. According to the provider, it analyses public AI answers about brands and not personal data of its users' customers.
How does a measurement work in SEOAI? +
For each topic, users define prompts and choose which platforms are queried. One prompt to one platform counts as one execution, and Gemini executions count double because of the live search. Paid plans include managed API keys and a monthly quota of 500 to 4,000 executions. On the Free plan, all queries run through the user's own keys, which are stored encrypted and billed directly by the respective provider. Query frequency is weekly or daily depending on the plan.
