Zauberflow The European alternative to Zapier

Zauberflow is a service for automating recurring office workflows by connecting business applications through so-called flows. A flow follows the principle that one or more actions run automatically when an event occurs, and it is built in a visual editor without programming. More than 700 integrations are available, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets, HubSpot and Slack, along with templates for sales, accounting, HR, IT and customer service. AI steps can, for example, summarize emails. It is built on the open-source engine Activepieces, and the operator is SweetWater Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt) from Hamburg.

According to the list of sub-processors, server hosting, compute, storage and database are provided by netcup GmbH in a data center in Nuremberg. AI steps run at Mistral AI in France by default, and transactional emails are sent via Brevo from France. Cloudflare from the US is used as CDN, DNS and reverse proxy in front of the service, and billing runs through Lemon Squeezy from the US, both safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. OpenAI and Anthropic are only used after explicit opt-in, and sign-in via Google or Microsoft only at the user's choice. AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure are not named as hosting providers.

There is no permanently free version, and new accounts can test Zauberflow for 14 days with the Pro feature set without a credit card. The Pro plan costs EUR 19 per month billed annually or EUR 24 billed monthly and includes 2 projects, one user and 2,500 AI credits per month. The Business plan costs EUR 79 per month annually or EUR 99 monthly, with 15 projects, 10 users and 12,000 AI credits. Executions are not billed per task, and a fair-use policy applies. A Sovereign plan with a dedicated EU instance is available on request.
