Does AllInvestView run on European infrastructure? +
According to the terms, the service is hosted in Spain and Ireland, and the legal documents do not name a hosting provider. The privacy policy lists several external service providers: OpenAI from the USA for the AI assistant and for parsing uploaded import files, SnapTrade for broker connections, RevenueCat for in-app subscriptions, Stripe for payments, Sentry for crash reports and Cloudflare for delivery and cookieless web statistics. In addition, there is server-side, aggregate campaign measurement, for which the cookie information names Meta (cookie _fbp, on arrival via an ad link). The AI assistant and AI import are optional, and according to the provider no portfolio data goes to OpenAI without them. Users of broker sync share holdings, transactions and balances via SnapTrade. For partner programme records, the privacy policy also names an AllinvestView OÜ, without explaining its relationship to the Spanish S.L.
How do transactions get into AllInvestView? +
On paid plans, AllInvestView syncs accounts read-only with more than 30 brokers, including Interactive Brokers, Schwab, Fidelity and DEGIRO. For other brokers, the import automatically detects 28 export formats, and any further broker can be added through a generic CSV file. Step-by-step guides are available for 57 brokers. The optional AI assistant can also take transactions from photos, PDFs and files, but shows the changes first and applies them only after confirmation. In that case the data is processed via OpenAI.
