Brevo operates its own servers in France and Germany at the hosting provider OVH and additionally uses Google Cloud Platform with data storage in Belgium. The data centres are Tier 3, PCI DSS and ISO 27001 certified. According to the provider, personal data is processed exclusively within the EU and there is no data transfer to third countries. Brevo is registered as a French SAS in Paris and is fully subject to GDPR.
