PartsBox

PartsBox is a web application from a Polish provider based in Warsaw for managing electronic components. Hardware companies, design offices and contract manufacturers use it to track inventory, bills of materials, purchasing and production in one place. The software matches BOMs against distributors and shows current prices including price breaks. Through a public API and integrations for KiCad and Altium, it fits into existing workflows.

According to the provider, all data is stored and processed exclusively in the EU, using a distributed database across several servers with hourly, AES-256-encrypted off-site backups. A specific cloud provider is not named on the public pages. Payment is handled through Stripe. The operator is an independent Polish provider without US ownership.

PartsBox targets electronics developers, small hardware companies and contract manufacturers who want to manage parts, bills of materials and production runs systematically. The free Maker plan covers personal projects with one user, while paid plans add multi-user access, purchasing, serial numbers and lot tracking. A full JSON export of the data is possible at any time, so there is no vendor lock-in.
