ReviewMix is review management software from Maven Advertising SRL in Romania. Small businesses, agencies and multi-location businesses use it to collect Google reviews through links and QR codes and manage them in one inbox. On paid plans, replies can be published directly from the dashboard, and printables such as table tents and stickers are available. Customers can also submit testimonials without their own account. Reviews and approved testimonials appear on the company's website through a widget, for example on WordPress.

App servers, database, object storage and backups are at Hetzner in Germany, and payments run through Stripe in Ireland. The sub-processor list also names US companies: Google LLC for the Business Profile API, which is central to the product, Cloudflare for DNS, CDN and bot protection, and Resend for email. The marketing site runs Google Analytics 4, which according to the provider sends cookieless pings before a visitor answers the cookie banner. Google Ads measures only with advertising consent and then receives a SHA-256 hash of the account email at sign-up and first payment (Enhanced Conversions). PostHog in its EU cloud in Frankfurt records product analytics and masked session replays on the website and dashboard, also only with consent.

Submitters decide individually whether their name, role, company or marketing use may be shown. Each testimonial must be approved by the business before it appears. Through a self-service link, submitters can withdraw consent or request erasure. The widget detects several consent tools and Google Consent Mode v2 and adapts what it displays to the consent given. Plans from Agency upward also include a CSV report on active consents, withdrawals and erasure times per client.
