Asensio The European alternative to SimplePractice

Asensio is a practice management tool from a Belgian provider in the Namur region, aimed at health and wellness practitioners. It bundles client management, an agenda with online appointment booking, a task manager and a financial overview. The booking module lets clients book appointments themselves. Asensio thus combines appointment booking and practice management in one tool.

According to the provider, the servers are located in Finland and therefore within the EU. The operator is a sole proprietorship registered in Belgium and is subject to European law and the GDPR. By its own account, there is no tracking and no AI processing of user data. Data protection documents, including a data processing agreement, are available.

Asensio targets self-employed therapists and small practices in the health and wellness field who want to manage appointments, client data and billing in one place. The plans differ in features such as online booking, a client portal, multiple accounts and advanced accounting. The interface is French-language and aimed at the Belgian and French markets.
