What is Nexoria and what is it used for? +

Nexoria is a browser-based workplace platform that combines file storage, office applications and AI-assisted knowledge work. Nexoria Drive stores files and indexes them for semantic search, and Doc, Calc and Slides are used to edit texts, spreadsheets and presentations. The AI assistant Nex answers questions based on company documents and cites the sources. Optional modules for email, calendar and video conferencing, as well as automations, can be added. The vendor is Nexoria Systems UG (haftungsbeschränkt) from Kelkheim im Taunus.

Does Nexoria run on European infrastructure? +

According to the privacy policy, the platform runs on dedicated servers in Germany, at netcup for the website and frontend and at Hetzner in Falkenstein for backend services and AI processing. Mistral AI with processing in France is used for the answers of the assistant Nex, and training on customer data is contractually excluded. AWS, Google Cloud or Azure are not named as hosting. Connections to Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or external AI providers such as OpenAI are optional and create additional data paths. The website uses Plausible, while PostHog (EU endpoint) and Google Ads measurement only run after consent.

How much does Nexoria cost? +

The Base plan costs EUR 29 per user per month and includes 10 GB of storage and an AI quota of 3 million tokens. The Pro plan costs EUR 299 per month for five users, each with 20 GB of storage and 5 million tokens, and each additional user costs EUR 20. The Mail and Meet modules are charged extra per user, and additional storage costs EUR 1 per GB per month. Enterprise is offered individually. All prices are net, and the plans can be cancelled monthly.
