Open Telekom Cloud runs in German data centers of Deutsche Telekom, primarily in Biere near Magdeburg and in Frankfurt. The data centers are certified to the Trusted Cloud Data Protection Profile (TCDP), a privacy audit built on BSI standards. Additionally, a TISAX level 3 certification exists. No US cloud providers are used in the stack. Data is subject exclusively to German and European law.
